Documentation on Date picker/Date Time Picker

      Issue Summary

      For the Portfolio Ask, Feature Start, and Feature Target fields present on a Feature, we allow the sync with Jira. From the conversation with Dev, for Jira Cloud, we support both Date Time Picker and Date Picker, while for Jira DC/Server only Date Picker.
      I was not able to find documents pointing to this fact, so it would be good to have it somewhere, maybe on https://help.jiraalign.com/hc/en-us/articles/115000088433-10X-Jira-Integration-Data-Collection.
