Issue Summary
Checklist permissions changed from Public to Private while User 2 had it as their last screen. After logging in, received "You Need More Access to View This Page" error with no indication as to why.
Steps to Reproduce
- In Jira Align, click on the Checklist icon
- Create a new Checklist (or edit existing).
- Set title "New Checklist" and description
- Set View to Public
- Set Usage to Individual
- Set Shared with to Users
- Set Users to logged-in-user (User 1) and User 2
- Click on List Items
- Add 2 steps
- Save & Close
- Log out.
- Log in as User 2
- Click on Checklist icon
- Click on "New Checklist"
- Checklist screen will appear from bottom of screen
- Click on Step 1 so that tick shows
- Do not close this Checklist screen (minimize or leave open)
- Log out (if in a different web browser, it's not necessary to log out, same results)
#Log in as User 1
- Click on Checklist icon
- Click on "New Checklist"
- Change View from Public to Private
- Save & Close
#Log in as User 2
Expected Results
Normal access.
Or 1 warning, and then when changing windows the warning disappears.
Actual Results
Every screen is showing the "You Need More Access to View This Page" error with no indication as to why.
Workaround
Identify the checklist that has been changed from Public to Private. Change it back to Public. wait for the user to close the checklist, then change it back to Private.
