Issue Summary

The lastUpdatedDate property is not updated when Health is changed via UI.

This issue does not impact API. Health changes made via API results in an updated lastUpdatedDate.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Log in to Jira Align UI
2. Browse to Objectives grid
3. Find an objective and open its details (slide-out)
4. Change its Health color
5. Click Save & Close button
6. Make a GET call towards Milestones/<id> endpoint.

Expected Results

• The lastUpdatedDate property is updated to reflect the health color change

Actual Results

• The lastUpdatedDate property is not updated

Workaround

• Use API 2.0 to promote Health color changes to Objectives.
