Incomplete Kanban Team Stories do not appear in PI Cleanup report (/ReleaseCleanUpReport)

Steps to Reproduce

1. Have a Kanban team
2. Have some incomplete features and incomplete child stories assigned to a PI and to the Kanban team
3. No stories show for that PI in Cleanup report

Expected Results

Incomplete Stories assigned to the PI should show in the report.

Actual Results

Empty Stories list in the PI Cleanup report for a Kanban Team.

Based on initial investigation with Agile team it looks like stories in this report are tied to assigning them to a sprint related to the PI.

Kanban Team stories are not assigned to sprints, so a different rule should be used to catch Kanban stories in the report.

Even ‘assigning’ these to sprints in Program Board doesn’t push them to Cleanup report.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available.
