Issue Summary

Clicking a menu item from the "Create" button dropdown list in the top navigation while on the Roadmaps view changes the button name and icon to whatever item you just clicked.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to "Roadmaps" view
2. Click "Create" button in top-left of navigation
3. Click an item to open the create panel
4. Close the panel

Expected Results

The "Create" button and icon should be unchanged.

Actual Results

The "Create" button text changes to the previously selected item name. The icon changes to a down icon. 

Workaround

Click the altered button to open the "Create" menu and choose any available options to create.
