Char limit not explained/documented in UI

Issue Summary

No documentation is publicly available for the char limit of all of the fields available in the system.
Many fields use different char limit, depending of the item type, field type, and customers have no way of knowing what is the limit, nor does the system stipulates the limit to users.

The customers can't find the character count limits for fields in Jira Align documentation. It is not in the field dictionary.

We're specifically looking for the following:

1- Character Limit for Stories
2- Character Limit of Objective Title and Description
3- Character Limit of Risk Title and Description
3- Character Limit of Dependency Title and Description
4- Character limit for the Key Result Summary
5- Character Limit of Epic Title and Description
6- Character Limit of Feature Title and Description
7- Character Limit for Benefits Tab
8- Character limit is to the notes field in the Status report
9- Character limit for the Description fields
10- Character Limit for Acceptance Criteria Field
11- Character Limit for Fix Date Milestone name
12- Character limit for Risk Resolution Status

Steps to Reproduce

1. open an item (any)
2. add a long string as title (ex:400char)
3. Check the result after saving. A green label will indicate the item is updated succesfully
4. Copy the updated title in word for example to count the number characters
   Some example of discrepency not documented/explained by system
   #*Story : 300 char
   #*Feature : 250 char

Expected Results

If different fields use different char limit, this should be documented.
Ideally a dictionnary of field and char limit should be available

Actual Results

No indication of char limit for users

Workaround

Creating an item (vs updating an existing one) will clearly stipulates in a warning message the limit in place
