Issue Summary

Work Tree page loads without problem, but when you alter the selection of Tier 1, an error 500 is thrown.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to Work Tree with a clear Tier 1
2. Select Portfolio + PI on Tier 1

Expected Results

The information on the page would load.

Actual Results

An Error 500 is thrown.

Workaround

If possible, instead of filtering by portfolio, try selecting by programs.
The issue will occur depending on the total number of teams under the selected programs. (~ 80 teams)
