API 2.0 : DELETE : Delete API Call Should not be Allowed

      Issue Summary

      Using DELETE API call to move stories to the Recycle Bin is causing the PI Cleanup Report to show wrong data under Stories With No Features (Jira Epics) Assigned

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Using an API client run DELETE [https://xyz.jiraalign.com/rest/align/api/2/Stories/[ID|https://deltadental.jiraalign.com/rest/align/api/2/Stories/[ID]]
      2. In the UI go to the PI Cleanup Report and the deleted story will appear under Stories With No Features (Jira Epics) Assigned.
      3. When click on the Story, the slide out is empty and error: This story has been deleted. You can reinstate the story from the recycle bin from the Actions menu.

      Expected Results

      • Delete API call should not be allowed and if so, then it should move the story correctly to the Recycle Bin.

      Actual Results

      • Story is deleted but also shown incorrectly in the PI Clean Report

      Workaround

      1. Identify the Stories with this issue.
      2. Go to Recycle Bin and Restore them.
      3. Use the Mass Delete option and delete them again.
