      Issue Summary

      Unassigned backlog small view with Portfolio in T1 does not allow right-click move to PI for Stories.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Navigate to the backlog (story)
      2. Click unassigned backlog
      3. Right-click story
      4. Noticed move to PI option isn't available

      Expected Results

      Users should be able to right-click and move to PI

      Actual Results

      Missing move to PI Option

      Workaround

      User will have to leverage the work item slide out to assign the PI
