Issue Summary

Jira Project field should not default to 'No Sync' value and become inactive when user selects different PI in the integrated release vehicle

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open integrated Release Vehicle in Align
2. Select different PI

Expected Results

TBD by PM

Actual Results

Jira Project field gets reset to 'No Sync' value and becomes disabled (greyed out).

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
