Roles that should not appear are listed in the "Copy Role" dropdown

Issue Summary

"Teams Leads" is not supposed to be a part of the Standard Package (and it isn't included). But that role is showing in the "Copy Role" dropdown (as well as others that aren't part of Standard) and it shouldn't be.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Login to JA ( with a Standart License Package)
2. Go to Administration > Roles
3. List the current roles and check if the "Team Leads" role is visible ( Issue #1)
4. Copy the "Team Leads" role and try to see it in the dropdown. ( Issue #2)

Expected Results

Only Standard edition roles should show in the Copy Role dropdown.
Once a role is copied or created, it should show in the Role dropdown so admins can edit the role.

Actual Results

Facing two issues:
1. Role "Team Lead" is not visible at "Jira Align Roles", but at the "Copy Role" section it's selectable
2. After copying a role, the copy is also not visible at "Jira Align Roles".

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
