Issue Summary

When accessing the Setup Workflow on a Kanban Board, an Internal Server Error 500 is thrown.
This don't happen on all cases/instances.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to Kanban Board
2. Click on Setup Workflow

Expected Results

The Setup Workflow would open

Actual Results

An Error 500 is thrown

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
