Jira Connector doesn't honor the Platform Terminology on "Why? Field" syncs

Issue Summary

We changed the Platform Terminology for the work items. Unfortunately, this is not synced to the 'Why? Field' in JIRA. This still shows the old terminology.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Login to JA
2. Ensure that you have a 'Why? Field' sync enabled between JA-Jira.
3. Change the Platform Terminology for some Work Items.
4. Wait until sync.
5. Check the 'Why? Field' in JIRA

Expected Results

Seeing the "Why? field" reflecting new terminology in Jira.

Actual Results

Still seeing the old/original terminology in the "Why? Field" in Jira.

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
