Issue Summary

Status Report (/StatusReports2) Intake Fields (Justification, Department, Requestor, Reviewer, Approver) full text popup does not appear on hover over. 

Steps to Reproduce

1. Have an Epic with Intake Fields ~10+ words long
2. Go to Status Report and filter for that Portfolio/Program 
   1. Click Status View if it's currently Financial View
   2. Click Extra Configs and select Show Link to Intake Fields -> Show Fields as Columns, apply
3. Hover over fields that are too long to fit into the table cell

Expected Results

For consistency with the rest of the report the popup is expected (also there's no way to expand the full text otherwise). Here are a couple of examples of other fields that work:

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
