Status Report Capture Snapshot View Fields do not show full text

Issue Summary

Status Report (/StatusReports2) Capture View Fields do not show full text and wrap inconsistently.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Have Epics with various parameters' texts that are too long to fit in current table layout
2. Go to Status Report and filter for that Portfolio/Program 
   1. Click Status View if it's currently Financial View
3. Click Capture to output a snapshot of the report

Expected Results

Since in this view there's no way to adjust columns or hover over fields to see full text, the table should show full text.

Actual Results

Important column fields like Epic, Theme, Strategy get wrapped:

Notes, Justification, Department, Requester, Reviewer and Approver column fields are just cut off:

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available.
