Issue Summary
In Admin logs, Custom date range selection is wiped out if additional filter options are selected later.
Steps to Reproduce
- Browse to Change Activity Log (https://instance.jiraalign.com/MasterLogs) page
- Click the date selection dropdown, then select Custom date range
- Pick Start Date and Finish Date
- Click Apply custom range button
- At this point, the Change Activity Log page gets refreshed
- Click Apply Filters button
- Select User, then type in & select the username
- Click Filter to commit search
Expected Results
- Filter options are preserved regardless of the sequence the user selects them
- Search results are consistent with all the selections made

- Notice the search results are outside of the selected date range
