Issue Summary

In Jira Align Epics and Capabilities based on t-shirt size of the work items, apply bottom-up estimate from Capability planning or Epic Planning doesn't update the -T-Shirt size of the parent.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a Capability with a T-Shirt (say small)
2. Create few features under the capability created is step 1 and mention t-shirt sizes (say XS, Small etc)
3. In the Capability Details page, in options, go to Capability Planning and Click on Apply Bottom-up estimates

Expected Results

ER are to convert all child feature estimates to MW, sum those MW values, then convert to nearest t-shirt size (round up if in-between)

Actual Results

T-Shirt size in the details tab of the Capability doesn't get updated to reflect the sum of the feature sizes

Workaround

No workaround at this time, but when one is available PM will provide an update
