Issue Summary

When clicking the Search Feature that is present on the Dependency slide panel, it will open a window with a set of filters related to the Program and PI, and you can't remove/clear them.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to Dependency Grid and select a dependency
2. Check the details of the dependency (feature/PI)
3. Select the magnifying glass (🔍) icon in the feature search bar, a new window will show up

Expected Results

This functionality is legacy. The magnify glass should be removed as feature grids should not appear in modals. Searching for features should be one using the Search bar, it will filter by the selected PI on the dependency

Actual Results

The PI selected in dependency is preselected as a filter, but a random program or set of programs will be selected in the filters.
The list displayed does return only the PI filter (program seem to be not take in account from the filtering), and there is no way to clear the filters.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
