Jira Integration: Error in JQL query

Issue Summary

An error is captured in the logs when running a custom JQL with only Projects indicated.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Jira connector must be setup successfully
2. Navigate to Administration > Jira Settings > Jira Integration
3. Indicate the Projects and do not set anything on the AND field.
   
4. Click Run

Expected Results

Successfully pull work items based on the projects indicated.

Actual Results

An error is captured in the logs

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
