Issue Summary

T-shirt sizes are duplicated when assigning a size to ideas.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to Ideation.
2. Select an ideation group that has ideas in it.
3. Select Manage Backlog in the upper-right.
4. Click the three dots on an idea's card and select More.
5. In the modal that displays, select the T-shirt dropdown and notice that sizes display multiple times.

Expected Results

Users shouldn't see duplicate T-shirt sizes

Actual Results

Users are seeing duplicate T-shirt values
