Issue Summary

Time Tracking - Timesheet Export report not showing correct "Related Item" for Standalone projects. The issue related to Time Tracking -> Reports -> Timesheet Export -> Select a user the exported file has a column called "Related Item". 

Steps to Reproduce

1. Login
2. Browse to Time Tracking Reports -> Timesheet Export Report ->Select a User
3. Make sure to have Standalone project configured
4. Observe the results 

Expected Results

Related Item column shows the Standalone Project Name

Actual Results

Related Item column does not show Standalone Project in the report

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
