Issue Summary

When trying to add an Objective on a running meeting of "Team of teams", and error is thrown stating that the instance can't connect.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to Teams->Team Meetings
2. On the Dropdown select "Team of Teams"
3. Select a meeting and click on Start Meeting
4. On the left upper corner of the team grid, click on the + button to add an objective

Expected Results

The quick add panel for objective opens

Actual Results

A pop up window with an error "<instance> refused to connect" opens

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
