Issue Summary

On the Strategic Backlog NVP column (present for Epics), the Currency Symbol don't change based on Platform Terminology, it always shows '$'.

Steps to Reproduce

1. On Platform Terminology change the Currency Symbol
2. Create an Epic and fill the Finance tab details
3. Associate the Epic to a Program Increment
4. Create a Snapshot and associate it with the same Program Increment
5. Go to Strategic Backlog, choose the Snapshot created and select Epics

Expected Results

The Currency Symbol would be respected on the NVP column.

Actual Results

The Currency Symbol displayed is always '$'

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
