Issue Summary

Features: Message Inconsistency in Features slide-out, Stories section

Steps to Reproduce

1. Login to JA with SuperAdmin user.
2. Disable UserA's Role's Team (or Stories) permissions, and Save. ( Image 1)
3. Logout with SuperAdmin user and login with UserA.
4. Go to the Features Grid and click on any Feature with no Stories.
5. Go to the selected Feature's slide-out and see the Stories section.

Expected Results

Not to have "+ Add" button and only have a "Looks like you don't have any stories yet." message.

Actual Results

We don't have the "+ Add" button. But the message is inconsistent: "Looks like you don't have any stories yet. Click 'Add' to create a one" ( Image 2)
("Click 'Add' to create a one" part shouldn't be there.)

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
