Canceled State Does not Sync correctly with Jira when using Process Step Mapping

XMLWordPrintable

      Issue Summary

      1) When the dev step is changed to Cancelled for the Feature in JA, the status of the feature is changed accordingly in Jira

      2) When we cancel (using the Cancel button) the Feature in JA, the status of the feature is not updated in Jira. The JA feature immediately goes to the canceled recycle bin after the feature is canceled.

      3) When the dev step is changed to Cancelled for the Feature in JA, the status of the feature is synchronized accordingly to Jira and it doesn't go to the canceled recycle bin in JA unless you make any changes in Jira

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Go to Settings > Jira Settings
      2. Click on State Mapping for the Project
      3. Click on Process Step
      4. Select Feature
      5. Ensure the Canceled state is mapped to the corresponding Jira Canceled Status
      6. Cancel a Feature on Jira Align

      Expected Results

The Feature update on Jira to the canceled status

      Actual Results

The feature goes immediately to the canceled bin and no update is synchronized to Jira
