Issue Summary

• T-shirt size doesn't get updated in the details page of the Capabilities from the Forecasts page's when you click on "left-arrow" allocated to estimated left arrow.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a capability with T-Shirt size (say XS, Small)
2. Navigate to Forecast and allocate some capacity (say 3MW)
3. Click on left arrow to override the estimate effort from allocated effort to Estimated

Expected Results

• t-shirt size should update, it should convert to thee nearest  t-shirt size, if in the middle, round up. (i.e. if x-small = 10 MW and small = 30MW , then if the new allocation / estimate is 20MW, round up to a t-shirt size Small

Actual Results

• T-shirt size doesn't get updated

Workaround

• Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available.
