Objectives API errors due to Objective Mapping for Portfolio

Expected Results

• The API should enforce the objective tier to work item type mapping defined in the portfolio settings.

Actual Results

• The API enforces the following:

  Objective tier	Work item type
  Portfolio	Epic
  Solution	Capability
  Program	Feature

Workaround

Via API only

• Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available.

Via UI and API (mixed)

1. Make note of the associated work
2. Manually remove that work
3. via API: update the field
4. Manually re-add the work items in the UI
