Issue Summary

In Safari Browser; while making changes to an existing program increment, within the details panel...or...when attempting to create a new program increment, neither the Save nor Save/Close buttons worked.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Login to JA via "Safari" browser
2. Browse to a "Program Increments" page
3. Try to create a new Program Increments and click the Save or Save & Close buttons once all required fields are filled.

Expected Results

Seeing the changes being saved.

Actual Results

Nothing happens when clicking the Save or Save & Close buttons.

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
