Issue Summary

We have two versions of the same Meetings page. One is accessible from standard nav menus, the other from the reports landing page. The reports version kicks you out when you try to change the view type.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a test user, any role.
2. For the test user's role, enable the Team > Team > Team Meetings permission toggle.
3. For the test user's role, enable the Additional Options > Reports > Retrospective permission toggle.
4. Login as the test user.
5. Navigate to Team > Team > Team Meetings. Note the URL is jiraalign.com/TR_Meetings.
6. Navigate to the Reports landing page. 
7. Click the Retrospective link. Note the URL is jiraalign.com/SprintRetroMeeting.
8. Click the List button. Note that the URL changes back to jiraalign.com/TR_Meetings, with no way to return to the other version.

Expected Results

1. There is only one version of this page.
2. Functionality does not differ when you access the page using different methods.
3. There is only one permission toggle that controls access to this location. 
4. Changing between List/Calendar views does not send you to different URLs.

Actual Results

1. There are two URLs 
2. Page functionality is inconsistent.
3. There are multiple permission toggles for retrospectives: Team > Transform > Retrospectives and Additional Options > Reports > Retrospective. Unnecessarily confusing. One is misnamed, as it controls access to the Meetings summary page, filtered to retrospectives.
4. You are kicked out of the reports version of the Meetings page when you click the List/Calendar buttons.

Currently, there are no known workarounds for this behavior.
