Issue Summary

Jira Epic is not synced from Jira Align to Jira when Tags is set to Required.

Steps to Reproduce

1. In Detail Panels Settings, toggle Tags for Features to be Required
2. Create a new Feature and Save it.

Expected Results

• JA always shows Tags field when creating a new Feature, hence a tag can be added.
• After click on Save, this Feature is synced to Jira as an Epic

Actual Results

• JA Tags field is not present when creating a new Feature, have to Save and then this field appear.
• After adding the Tag and Save, audit logs show the following error:

Unable to create issue: labels - Labels is required.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
