Issue Summary

When an Epic associated to a Theme has its status changed from "Not Started" to "In Progress", the Theme will change its status as well, but the Audit Logs will show the string Capability instead of Epic.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a Theme and leave it as "Not Started"
2. Create an Epic and associate it to the Theme
3. Change the Status of the Epic to "In Progress"
4. Open the Audit Logs of the Theme

Expected Results

Theme Audit Logs would show that an Epic altered the status of the Theme

Actual Results

Theme Audit Logs would show that a Capability altered the status of the Theme

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
