Issue Summary

This is for customers using JEditor Renderer in Jira and after a work-item syncs with Jira Align the Description field will lack of format unless "Make selection of Jira projects mandatory when creating items" is set to Yes.

Steps to Reproduce

1. In Jira Choose JEditor by going to Administration > Issues > Field Configurations > Description > Renderers 
2. In Jira Align, set the connector settings "Rich Text Format" to HTML and "Make selection of Jira projects mandatory when creating items" to No.
3. Sync rich text for a feature.

Expected Results

Jira Align is able to Render work-items Description 

Actual Results

HTML format like will be shown in the description.

Workaround

Set the connector settings "Rich Text Format" to HTML and "Make selection of Jira projects mandatory when creating items" to Yes.
