Issue Summary

Users are unable to search a specific Epic to filter if this contains blocked child feature.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create an Epic and add a child feature.
2. Set the child feature to blocked.
   
3. Navigate to features grid > Apply Filters > Epic
4. Search for the Epic created in step 1 (ID or title)

Expected Results

Search should be able to find the epic.

Actual Results

No search result is found.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
