Time Tracking: The users have to be prompted to select the new time approver in case their former approver account is no longer active

      Issue Summary

      If the time approver is no longer with the organization or their account is deactivated, users are getting the time submission form where the time approver is defaulted to the first person in the list

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Log in as a user whose time approver account is deactivated in Align
      2. Open the timesheet and enter the time
      3. Click Save & Submit

      Expected Results

      The time approver dropdown should not default to any person, and instead should show "Select one" – and be required. 

      Actual Results

      The user gets the submission form where the time approver defaults to the first person in the list

      Workaround

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
