Issue Summary

When a Why button information is synced to Jira, this includes capabilites that are not directly related to the feature (Jira Epic).

Steps to Reproduce

1. Enable capability on a Portfolio
2. Create an Epic and add several capabilities.
3. Under the capabilities create a 1 feature with 1 story to each.
4. Sync this to JIra.

Expected Results

The Why button information in Jira should be the same in Jira Align.

Actual Results

• The Why button information that is synced to Jira contains all the capability under a features parent Epic.
• Since we are syncing all the child capabilites in the Why button information, this would trigger a character limit error if the character count exceeds the default limit set in Jira which is 32,767 characters.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
