Issue Summary

When changing the option Rich Text Format on the Jira Settings from HTML to Jira Renderer, the Change Logs will mark it as "Plain Text" instead of "Jira Renderer", if the change is from "Jira Renderer" to "Plain Text", it will not mark the change on the log at all.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to Jira Settings
2. Change the Rich Text Format from HTML to Jira Renderer
3. Check the Changes Logs

Expected Results

Changes Logs would mark the change as "Jira Renderer" instead of "Plain Text"

Actual Results

"Jira Renderer" is marked on the logs as "Plain Text"

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
