Work in Progress by Step -> Lean metrics do not populate

      Issue Summary

      Work in Progress by Step -> Lean metrics do not populate

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Login
      2. Browse to "Work in Progress by Step" report
      3. Populate the values for Process Flow, Team & PI
      4. Once the report is loaded click on Lean Metrics

      Expected Results

      Lean metrics are loaded similar to the report "Work in Progress by State"

      Actual Results

      The Lean Metrics report doesn't have any values and defaults to 0

      Workaround

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
