Issue Summary

Not able to filter blocked* Epics in the Feature Grid. ( : The behavior is the same if the Epic blocked by a child '*story' or a child 'feature'. )

Steps to Reproduce

1. Login to JA
2. Go to Feature Grid
3. Select Tier1 filter (Portfolio** and PI). **Choose a Portfolio that contains blocked Epics.
4. Click "Apply Filters" and try to filter by Epic name.

Expected Results

Able to see the blocked Epics in the drop-down list.

Actual Results

Not able to select the blocked Epics.

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
