Issue Summary

Time Tracking: User still able to submit timesheets in a Time Tracking disabled Region

Steps to Reproduce

1. Login to JA
2. Go to Administration-> Workday Settings-> disable time tracking for this Region option
3. Log in with a user from that Region where the Time Tracking is disabled.
4. Call this page: https://<your-ja-instancename>.com/timetracking/timetracking?Tab=1

Expected Results

Not being able to see the Time Track in the left menu or the content of the page when manually requested.

Actual Results

There is no Time Track icon on the left menu but the user able to see their Timesheet page for a disabled region.

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
