Issue Summary

EPIC -> Work-Item links -> Predecessor, Successor dropdown loading issue. Below are the issues observed when clicked on "Links" tab - 

1. Initial load is ~3-6 seconds depending on number of workitems in the dropdown
2. When the page is loading, it shows empty text boxes instead of drop-downs
3. The individual dropdowns may not load intermittently 

Steps to Reproduce

1. Login
2. Make sure Work Item links are enabled
3. Browse to EPIC/Capability
4. Click on an existing EPIC
5. Browse to Links tab
6. Observe the results

Expected Results

Once clicked on Links tab, the drop downs load quickly (~1 - 2 seconds) without any lag

Actual Results

Below are the issues observed when clicked on "Links" tab -

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
