Description
Issue Summary
When changing Iterations on the drop down present on Team Room, the button to Start Iteration/Complete Iteration is not consistent with the Iteration status present on the drop down, sometimes it will appear as Start Iteration while the Iteration is already in Development, other times it will not appear at all.
See the video with an example on the behavior:

When it appear as Start Iteration on an Iteration that is already in Development, if you Start it once again, it will start a different Iteration altogether.
See one example of this happening, notice that when we change from 1 DAT DR3 (that is on planning) to Test Sprint 3 (that is on development) and we hit the Start Sprint button, and return to 1 DAT DR3, this was the Iteration that was started (even though it was not the one selected).

This seem to be random in nature.
Steps to Reproduce
- Go to Team Room
- On the droop down change between Iteration that are on different status
Expected Results
The Start Iteration/Complete Iteration button would be consistent with the status of the Iteration and update the correct one selected.
Actual Results
The button don't match the Iteration status
Workaround
Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
