Issue Summary

Unable to maximize Checklist steps once they are minimized.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Click Task icon to display Checklists panel
2. Select a checklist; the Checklist Steps panel will display at the bottom of the page
3. Click the minimize button
4. Notice there's no way to maximize it again (the minimized checklist bar contains no clickable links whatsoever)

Expected Results

• If you click on the previous, current, or next checklist step in the minimized menu it will re-open to the regular size. The minimize functionality is intended to provide focus on the current page (versus it always being minimized).

Actual Results

• Clicking on previous, current, or next checklist step in the minimized menu render no effect.

Workaround

• Refresh browser
• Browse to Checklist panel and select the checklist again
