Issue Summary

The reports "People Chart" is having an issue as the permission does not trigger the report to display as it should

Steps to Reproduce

1. Make sure the role toggle "People Chart" is enabled
2. Search for report "People Chart" and go to the page
3. Notice the error

Expected Results

Report should display if the permission is toggled on

Actual Results

An error appears, with the File ID as shown in URL:

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
