Problem

• If task effort hours under the epic exceeds >9999.99 hours (416 days), it causes an error in the SP used and logs out the user.

Steps to Reproduce

• Create tasks with excessive effort hours that will sum more than 9999.99.
• Then navigate to the Epic and on the slide out click on Requirement Hierarchy.
• The UI will log out the user. 

Expected Results

Hierarchy to be shown to the user no matter how many task hours (see comments)

Actual Results

User is logged out.

Workaround

Review effort hours and make the necessary changes accordingly. In the UI we recommend 8 hours max
