Issue Summary

When you click the Add Block button on Canvas, it display a message that "Successfully created new block", but the block don't appear on canvas.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open canvas
2. Click Create new Canvas
3. Select Blank Template
4. Hit Add block

Expected Results

The new block appears on the canvas

Actual Results

Nothing happens when you click the button

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
