Forecast - "Parent" column not showing up on the report

Steps to Reproduce

1. Login 
2. Select a Program and PI
3. Browse to Forecast view
4. Make sure "Parent" column is selected

Expected Results

Parent column toggle should be removed as "Theme" is available as a column

Actual Results

Parent column is not shown

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
