Program Allocation: Column width are not balanced.

Issue Summary

Column width of the first sprint of the "Program Allocation" report is wider.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to Program Allocation
2. Select a Program and PI
3. Check the results

Expected Results

All sprint column width should be equal. Just like what's indicated here on 10X-Program-Allocation

Actual Results

The width of the first sprint column is wide.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
