Themes backlog -> Filtering by Title doesn't display child items

      Issue Summary

      Themes backlog -> Filtering by Title doesn't display child items

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Login 
      2. Browse to Backlog -> Select Theme Backlog view
      3. Make sure theme has child items
      4. Add a Title filter for Theme
      5. Observe the results

      Expected Results

      The filter should display the Themes matching filter criteria and the respective child items

      Actual Results

      The filter by Title doesn't display any child items. However, if the child items satisfy the filter criteria, only those child items get displayed as against the other child items which don't get displayed. 

      Workaround

      Enter the keyword in search which will display respective child items for the results
