Issue Summary

• The user receives a Risk notification email from Jira Align
• The email notification is showing the creator of the risk as the owner instead of the actual owner.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Login to Jira Align
2. Create a risk and assign it to someone different from the creator of the risk
3. When the notification runs, check the owner field in the body of the email.

Expected Results

In the body of the email, after "Owner:" we should see the actual owner.

Actual Results

In the body of the email, after "Owner:" we don't see the owner but it looks like it is picking up the "creator" of the risk.

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
