Varying data of story points in Program Room

Steps to Reproduce

1. Login
2. Select a Program for top tier 1
3. Navigate to the Program Room -> Select a PI from dropdown
4. Observe Total Story Point Planned in top left besides PI dropdown
5. On the PI Load card, select toggle to display Actual
6. Observe Story points

Expected Results

Same values should be displayed

Actual Results

There is a difference in values for a given PI
